1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the f333 website accessible at f-333.io, including all sub-pages, features, games, and services offered thereon.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by the Player on the Platform.
• "Wallet" means the virtual balance held within a Player's Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) or USDT as applicable.

2 Acceptance of Terms

4 Account Registration

4.1 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the f333 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or identity documents — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

4.2 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if any details change.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. f333 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

4.4 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal, f333 requires Players to complete a KYC verification process. This involves the submission of a government-issued photo identification document (National ID, Passport, or Driving Licence) and, where required, proof of address and proof of payment method. f333 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of a withdrawal request will result in the request being cancelled.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

f333 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20). f333 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. USDT transactions are denominated in USD and converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

5.3 Processing Times

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to the Player's Wallet instantly upon confirmation. USDT deposits are credited following blockchain confirmation (typically within 30 minutes for TRC-20 transactions). Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of KYC verification completion, subject to the Platform's anti-fraud review procedures.

5.4 Currency and Conversion

The primary account currency on f333 is Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). USDT balances are displayed separately and converted at the time of withdrawal. f333 does not charge currency conversion fees; however, the applicable exchange rate at the time of conversion will apply.

5.5 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit to the Account, and only in the name of the registered Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Any withdrawal request that triggers f333's anti-money-laundering (AML) screening processes may be subject to additional documentation requirements and processing delays.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by f333 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, in addition to these general bonus terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement of not less than 20x the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified in the promotion terms. Bonus Funds that have not met the wagering requirement will expire at the end of the validity period.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Where bonus abuse is identified, f333 reserves the right to void all associated Bonus Funds, cancel any pending withdrawals derived from bonus play, and permanently close the Account.

6.4 Promotional Changes

f333 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already claimed and in active use, except where those bonuses are subject to ongoing abuse investigation.

7 Betting Rules

7.1 Game and Bet Validity

All bets placed on f333 — including sports bets, casino wagers, poker hands, and crash game rounds — are governed by the specific rules of each game or market as displayed on the Platform. In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or connectivity failure during a game round or bet placement, f333 reserves the right to void the relevant bet and return the staked amount to the Player's Wallet.

7.2 Sports Betting

f333's sportsbook covers cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports as listed on the Platform. Odds are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. In-play bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of bet placement. Results are determined by the official governing body of the relevant sport (ICC, FIFA, etc.). f333 is not responsible for errors in official result reporting by third-party data providers.

7.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the f333 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Creating or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino, or any other multiplayer game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or display glitches to gain an unfair advantage.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the f333 Platform — including but not limited to the f333 brand name and logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, software code, database structures, and audio-visual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of f333 or its licensed game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.

11 Responsible Gaming

f333 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. All registered Players have access to the following tools within their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum loss thresholds.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to the Platform for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your Account and prevent re-registration for a minimum period of 6 months.

12 Termination

f333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms and Conditions; fraudulent activity; money laundering suspicion; provision of false KYC documentation; or behaviour that is abusive toward Platform staff or other players.

Upon Account closure initiated by f333 for cause, any Real Money Funds balance remaining in the Account (net of any Bonus Funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 10 business days, subject to the completion of any ongoing AML investigation.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting f333 support at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 3 business days. Real Money Funds balances will be returned to the verified payment method on file.

13 Amendments to These Terms

f333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. 14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
